Kourtney claims that she maintains a very strict diet and exercise routine. She reports that she rarely consumes dairy, sugar, gluten or red meat and detoxes regularly. On top of that, she reports that she does a 24-hour fast, once a week, where she only consumes water and bone broth. Kardashian says her exercise routine includes 100 squats, 6 times a week. If bikini time is coming up, she will do dips on her bathtub for her triceps. She also told E! Online that she always do 100 squats before she gets in the shower.

In other words, if Kourtney did have a BBL, she won’t be publicly admitting it anytime in the near future!
